What types of uses are allowed at the Property:
- 1. Manufacture and assembly of electrical and electronic appliances
- 2. Manufacturing, compounding, processing, packaging, or treatment of articles or merchandise from previously prepared materials
- 3. Manufacture of light sheet metal products including heating and ventilation equipment
- 4. Printing and publishing businesses
- 5. Man Caves
- 6. Car collectors
- 7. Large Self Storage
- 8. RV and Boat Storage
- 9. Warehouses and wholesale businesses
- 10. Construction and general building contractors
- 11. Landscape contractors
- 12. Furniture assembly or fabrication
- 13. Cabinetry millwork
- 14. Wholesale trade
- 15. Vehicle Detailing
- 16. Vehicle window tinting and wraps
- 17. Vehicle audio or security system installation
- 18. Retail and Service establishments carried on within an enclosed building, provided that some of these business’s may require a conditional use permit.
- 19. Civic and cultural facilities.
- 20. Clothing and apparel services.
- 21. Self-service cleaning establishments.
- 22. Equipment sales and service including: radio or television shops, business machines, musical instrument shops, sewing machines, plumbing and heating, and electrical fixtures.
- 23. Food service.
- 24. Public overhead and underground local distribution utilities.
- 25. Mortuaries, funeral homes, and funeral chapels.
- 26. Cocktail lounges and taverns.
- 27. Commercial greenhouse.

Conditional Uses
The following uses may be allowed through the approval of a Conditional Use Permit, as established by this Ordinance, provided that all noted, as well as any special conditions required by the City Council, are met.
- 1. Business services including: attorneys, banks, insurance, real estate, offices, postal stations, printing, credit services, security brokers, dealers and exchange, title abstracting, savings and loans, finance services and investment services.
- 2. Personal services including: barber shops, beauty salons, reducing salons, and photographic studios, sports training facilities, Personal training facilities, Golf simulator business
- 3. Churches, temples, seminaries,
- 4. family child care
- 5. Farm implement display or salesroom.
- 6. Boats/other watercraft, sales and service.
- 7. Event Center.
- 8. Dance/Yoga/Cheer/Gymnastics Studio.
- 9. Recreational establishments
- 10. Micro-brewery (tasting room with Use Permit)
- 11. Veterinary or medical clinics
- 12. Research and development activities
- 13. Self-service laundry services
- 14. Office uses include: administrative, professional and clerical
- 15. Retail stores including: food markets, delicatessen, bakery, candy store, fruit and vegetable store, department store, drug stores, books and stationery, newspaper distribution, hobby, camera and sporting goods, dry goods, furniture, household appliances, home furnishings, hardware, gift, jewelry, variety stores, retail mail order stores, Clothing stores, radio, electronics and music store, retail liquor store, antiques, flower shops.
